The van arrives at 10:45 and the line opens at 11. Please don't line up before then; wait in your vehicle until we're set up. Whether you're first in line or last, you get the same choice of groceries, and you pick what your family will eat. We leave promptly at 1:10. If weather or a holiday changes a date, we post it on our Facebook page and on a flyer in the Blessing Boxes.

October: Halloween treats for the kids, on top of the groceries.
November: Thanksgiving extras for every household.
December: Christmas extras for every household, and something for the kids.

Pick what your family eats
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for your whole household, chosen by you from the tables. Nobody gets a bag of food they won't eat. Kids get a craft kit too.

What's on each table changes with what we bought and what neighbors donated that week.
Picking up for a neighbor?
If someone can't get to the van, an elderly neighbor, a friend without a ride, a family down the street, tell a volunteer. We'll send groceries for their household too.
Things people ask
Do I need ID?
No. Nobody is asked for ID, proof of income, or proof of address. Nobody fills out a form. If you are in the line, you get groceries.
Do I need to live in Bristol?
No. We serve anyone who shows up, whichever side of State Street you live on and wherever you drove in from.

Can I come every time?
Yes. Come to every giveaway if it helps. There is no limit and no sign-in.
What kind of food is it, and do I get to choose?
You choose. The food is set out and you pick what your household will actually eat: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, things like canned chicken, tuna and beans, peanut butter, canned vegetables and fruit, cereal, pasta, snacks, and bottled water. It changes with what we can buy from the wholesaler that week and what neighbors donate. Around Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas we add holiday extras. The kids call it the treat truck.
Can I bring my kids?
Please do. Every kid who comes gets a craft project kit from Lowe's to take home.
What should I bring?
Please bring your own bag or cart if you can; it makes carrying the groceries easier. That's all. No ID, no paperwork, and you choose your own food either way.
What if I can't stand in line?
Tell a team member. We'll save your place in the line and bring you a chair to wait in.
Where do I park, and when should I get there?
Park in a space in the lot and wait in your vehicle until the van is set up, around 10:45. The line opens at 11. There is no advantage to coming early: everyone gets the same groceries, first or last.
Can my whole family get in line?
Please send one person per household through the line. They'll pick out groceries for everyone at home.
What if it rains, or a Saturday is a holiday?
Check our Facebook page. When a date changes, we post it there and put a flyer in the Blessing Boxes.
Can I pick up for a neighbor?
Yes. If someone you know can't get to the van, tell a volunteer and we'll send groceries for their household too.
Is this a church program?
No. We are an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, not part of any church, and nobody will talk to you about religion. The name is about faith in neighbors: faith that they will support us, faith that donations will come, faith that we can provide food for everyone who needs it. The van sets up in a church parking lot because it is a good spot for a line; that church has no connection to us.

Call or text (425) 971-0402, or fill out the short volunteer form. No experience needed. Saturday mornings are where we need the most help.
